There appears to be very little interest in this.
It's another revelation of a previously unannounced requirement, viz Mits requiring it's own study - why the hell didn't they complete this last year, after the enviro permit?
Useless announcement really. The only one that matters is "Mits has handed over the $14mil and (under their close scrutiny) we have ordered the plant. This means we will begin receiving cash flow in x months"
