Jim Morgan Rights Issue 1,500,000 @ $0.09 $135,000.

Jim Morgan 400,000 @ $0.125 instead of directors Fees. ($50,000)

Dr Leon 400,000 @ $0.125 instead of directors Fees. ($50,000)

Dr Andy White 400,000 @ $0.125 instead of directors Fees. ($50,000)

Considering all of the above the directors directly and indirectly have purchased $328,200 worth of CNQ of which $150,000 were at $0.125, Being 50% above today’s share price.

Clearly the directors see a future and I thank them from not draining cash and for fascinating the cash advance from Mitsubishi. (Fine Print TBA)

I can not imagine the Directors walking into an AGM on 8 Nov without the upgraded plant running close to capacity, and at least one full container in transit.
Hopefully a signed funding agreement to reopen the open cut. (26 Sept Ann)

I think we are getting to the point where the Directors have NO EXCUSES.

I still have not decide if I will fly down from Sydney with hopefully champagne.

I am tempted to add to my holding but I need to see runs on the board.
