    Thanks for your kind words, I try to help people looking for undervalued shares. AMI is my big tip just as good as GWR. I got in at a average price at 40.8 cents cents they finished the day at 48.5 cents .If they keep rising quickly all my new investment money will be in EQR.I only follow these 3 stocks EQR are a great buy at this price the next quarterly should push the share price higher. DYOR . CHEERS
