    Hi pickmeamonkey if you followed my advice on GWR you could have bought the house. Plex has the right idea, AMI is the next GWR will return huge short term growth and pays a 2.5% dividend, best value buy on the ASX. EQR should have a great quarterly result but is a longer term hold with great Management ticking all the boxes. CHEERS
