Yes I am on sideline but was in this back in the III days and along with a few others here had a very decent holding. I have spoken with Leon numerous times in the past and was aware of some of the politics playing out. That being said I held a while satisfied that things were ok, until Jim took over. The downslide occurred pretty much from then on and part of it was with miscommunication with the Japanese as well as lack of progress, stalling and little transparency. I won't buy back because I am privvy to japanese investment decisions in the region that I feel will have impact. That being said, I do watch to see what develops. The tell tale sign and also corroboration about Japanese investment was the prelude to CNQ looking offshore at new projects.
