All we see is constant failure to meet self-imposed time lines, some sort of negotiations with the owner of the leases, which are stalling.

If what "gomer08" is saying is the truth then why haven't the management team been more articulate with their announcements explaining it is the purchase of the quarry that has stalled and there is no threat to the use of the leases?

Maybe it is more disinformation ... who really knows.

Confusion is no way to drive up the share price, that is done with timely, simple, articulate, accurate information that shareholders can trust.

Hi Expendable.

My information has come from reading the qtrly activity reports over the years, being an original III holder and the rest is just my opinion on reasons why I believe there are hold ups with the quarry. I have never spoken to any of the management and have only attended 1 meeting where Jim was present. I do though keep a close eye on the comments on hotcopper.
