Hi Red Skippy,hope you are keeping well-my own answers are as follows;

1)Emotion-I thought that the markets were driven by the emotions of Greed and Fear!

2)Current share price=perceived value of the company.

3)New capital-not from me!

4)'Missed'date-either they knew they could not raise the money or they are doubtful about the value.

All IMHO.The AGM on Wednesday here in London should be interesting!As to communications-I have still not had a reply to my e-mail addressed to Mr.Billing requesting an update on the status of the Hale River project.Eight years in business,not a cent in the till!regards,OS.
