Glad to see this thread. I stumbled on the W market through exposure on VMS. Has been a overlooked commodity against REE and Tin. The various tungsten prices may have peaked at current levels but the market has not reflected the change in W price in many of the very advanced projects.
WLF has a solid connection to the market in Traxys.
HAZ are well advanced with a ferrotungsten plant in Vietnam due for completion in early 2011 with first sales and a DFS on Big Hill shortly after. HAZ advantage is they will be getting more for their product as they will be selling ferrotungsten (until Big Hill comes online they will be required to purchase concentrate on market).
