    Hi all fellow believers, I have been a shareholder for a couple of years now and watched with delight the abundance of good news and progress made by EQR. Can someone answer me this, what are the key metrics institutional or other investors look for before jumping into a stock like ours? It just feels strange that our SP languishes off the back of continuous positive progress or maybe I’m just being overly optimistic and as a result would like to see incremental jumps in our SP.
