Interesting reading the Tunesiaonline news story; the reference to Mr Todd Scott should have read Mr Todd and Mr Scott (Conrad Todd being the exploration manager for Cooper). The mix up must have happened in the translation from Arabic although, with the convoluted names the Tunesians have (eg President Zine Al-Abidine Ben Ali), one would expect them to take more care:). The reference to the UK may mean that the Tunesians still regard Australia as a colony of the UK lol.

I read the forward strategy statement for Bargou in the ASX release as meaning that Cooper, with their GREAT management team EL, are going to do the onshore drilling themselves in 09 with the offshore farmed out; however, I would expect the onshore drill options to be kept open in line with managements ongoing risk management theme.

What great prospects there are in both Gulf of Hammamet exploration areas; all free for buyers at current prices. What a pity we may to share it with IPM!!!
