naaman, I'm not sure if yours is a rhetorical question because surely you know the answer.
1) If I was a billionaire I certainly wouldn't fund it at say 8% interest because I get a ridiculously better return on my money elsewhere ( that's how i'm a Billionaire)
2) I'm quite sure if a Billionaire was asked to buy a few hundred million shares in a special raise at a discounted price, of course he would say yes but why would MEI dilute the shares to a Billionaire so he can make more money.
3) MEI has enough money now for the immediate future and the bigger the resource gets the more money we can raise at if and when we need it in the future.
4) I have my hand up right now for at least another 5,000,000 shares @ a discounted price and given there would be multiples of me, why do we need a Billionaire.
