    The new MD foreshadowed a capital raising in the quarterly,thus killing any hope of SP appreciation in the short term.Strange move.
    But the viability of Mt Carbine seems to improve every day.Icon need a heavy duty backer.
    Sentiment....Get on with it and release some good news(an announcement with a W chart is a good start)
