One incident from a single flight from how many passenger jets in the air globally at the same time ? How would physiques compare with the law of average ? Personally I have been flying domestically & internationally for 50 years…..totalling hundreds of flights. Yes I have encountered a few episodes of severe turbulence…..the worst was in 1996 coming into Las Vegas. Did it stop me from flying ? No because by the far the majority of my journeys have been smooth, uneventful and enjoyable. There are too many chicken littles & alarmists in this space.
