The dodgy directors were on the IOH side, the deal which was terminated by Goode very quickly despite the fact that in doing so he effectively ended his own employment contract. Which as we know was then renewed by the board.
The strategy being followed by NSL to get into production in India will bypass the usual hurdles of red tape, which have sapped the energies of companies like BHP and led to them leaving in disgust. By dealing directly with owners of existing operations Cedric will get into production years before competitors e.g. IRL.
Also the relationship with the Indian investment community will open many doors to opportunities that other Australian companies would never get to hear about.

You're right that they have no assets yet but the S/P is based on potential, and so far Goode has hit every deadline. If you don't like the company then by all means post your thoughts but stick to the facts.
