Funny term isn't it. Does that mean that if you make an unprovoked attack on a jewish stranger with a knife and a soldier shoots you with a gun, the response is "disproportionate"? The family/friends of the grub that attacked two coppers with a knife and was stopped with a single bullet make that claim. I reject it.
