I also find difficult to cook properly the Turkey. I always use different recipes to cook, but I never get a soft and tasty turkey. The first time when I tried to cook turkey, I almost burnt it. Possibly, because of the high temperature the turkey shrank and became really small. The second time I don’t know why, but the meat inside was raw. Even if I left it for a longer time in the oven. By the way, I really enjoy to cut the turkey by myself with my Shun knife. This site presents a short review of my favorite knife. I learned how to do it fast and I am real butcher now. Hopefully, soon I will learn how to cook the turkey after your advice.
