TURKEY DEAL NOW BINDING
The Board of Lumacom refers to its announcement yesterday in relation to the
advertising agreement with Global Medya on the 360 sqm LumaPanel screens
on the Marmara Hotel – Taksim Square, Istanbul. The Company confirms that
the deposit of US$50,000 has been received by the Joint Venture.
The Heads of Agreement is now binding and the parties are now proceeding to
final contract preparation. The deal is for 3 years and will gross revenues of
US$3million dollars.
