    hopefully disney will sign on the dotted line, and then the company can start to move forward. from memory, the deal in turkey, was a "wholesale deal". my guess, and only my guess, is that the relevant media company, would be responsible for all, or most of the outgoings - like electricity etc etc. anybody know. gee the gross to lum, is only about $600,000 per year - so there would need to be a few more deals done. anyway, sure is better than nothing, and a lot better than all the hot air reports from 2003
