This will likely result in Turkey being drawn into the war because allied forces will need to send missiles into turkey to hit Russian subs. It will most likely result in a further collapse of the turkey economy. The Lira has fallen from .80 to .08 USD since 2007.
A similarity would be allowing nuclear subs in PNG to attack Australia, which could eventually happen.
