as u can see - just like anywhere else - the riot police do not charge at them & beat the living daylights out of them.
Because they are just actors on soros money = they are a protected species. Regularly you see riots police beating the sheet out of protesters like that in North Dakota disrupting pipe-line constructions or Fracking acitivites.
