I don't know anything much about Turkey and I can't read Turkish (www.kaanmed.com) but I presume that Turkey, like much of that part of the world, has a lot of TB. As usual, the unknown is whether the Government has the will and the finances to use QF-TB diagnosis as a tool to control TB.
Cellestis looks to be recovering the daggy slippage of the last few days, albeit on tiny volumes (as was the down). A recovery back up to 180 by end of tomorrow is all I'm asking for. That's not too much to ask, is it? Just for the sake of putting them on the line I'm predicting a 173 close today. :)
