    As If the Jihadi/ISIS/old Baathist Iraq forces or Assad ever turned to page 1 of the Geneva Convention.


    As if anyone had given an iota to the rules - this war would not have happened.

    Rules ... yeah right.

    MIGHT IS RIGHT is the only rule that applies in Syria, Iraq, (Yemen, Somali & Sudan) today.

    This is why the UN never even bothered to translate the Geneva Convention into Arabic
