How about these bullet points. You guys can take care of the details.

    Trump allies with Putin.
Trump very recently said he's not interested in more regime changes.
Trump backs Putin and plans to clean up Syria and restore the legitimate Assad government.
If the US becomes self sufficient on oil they won't need the Saudis or any other neanderthals in the area.
With both Trump and Putin having tactical nukes Turkey will not dare interfere, or else.
Nor will NATO. Some Trump "leadership" will help with that. One possibility is to threaten to kick Turkey out of NATO.
As Assad's territory expands the message to all the remaining minority groups will be "either you are with us or against us".
(It worked for Bush Jr so it should work for Trump.)
Any groups not agreeing to negotiate with the new coalition (Assad) will be treated as rebels. Actually they will be rebels.
Trump controls the US State Dept and therefore controls the global narrative re the war.
Everything is going fine. No war crimes being perpetrated by us. No civilians being killed by us. No hospitals being hit by us.
Of course, the other side will be perpetrating horrendous war crimes.
Gas pipelines planned to go though to Europe will help the Russian economy. Sanctions will already have been lifted.
Not sure what happens to the Saudis. Perhaps with their economy going down the tubes they will experience a "popular" uprising.
The MSM (US State Dept) will call it a colour revolution so the Saudi government must cave in and introduce a democracy.
I don't think China will have any problem with it providing everything moves slowly enough so trade can be re-balanced as needed.
A bit of far right fascism combined with more MSM propaganda (US State Dept) will take care of anything I haven't mentioned.
