CPI just came out higher than expected, chance of sooner rate rises according to some. Excellent time to make short term gains over the coming week with the high AUD. Don't think for one moment that the States won't end up in a solution to the current debt issue by way of both budget cuts and spending. When this occurs, after the political point scoring is settled, the AUD will drop around 5 percent from 1.10 - 1.11. It's just picking the time to buy in, personally, if it hits 1.12 I will be getting in big time.
