Without the debt issue I would say that the SP at current gold price level should stand at least 40% higher (35 cents). However, the gold chart looks promising. Break of 1350 could move gold towards 1400 or higher. Quite important effect on profitabilty and SP. Interesting enough also the view of a lot of analysts with regard to commodity price outlook turns more and more to the bullish. Only a handful of european analysts still believe in the oversupply story.
