No worries. I'd be very, very disappointed if there weren't 'multiple' trillions of cubic gas feet contained in PEL 315 and 398! I think 4tcf is a baseline to fast track development and >7tcf is where the real gravy lies. Lets get drilling!
With their government making a renewed push for ownership of commodities, a left field development could be a Chinese take away - either for KAR or SA assets. If BH is open to a complete sale at $15 (based on highest priced family oppies), I could see CNOOC being able to justify $15 even before a reserve is proven up - its an EV of $3b or about $3 per risked bbloe. However in 18 months with both browse and santos having reserves (plus Peru?), then a (say) 7tcf browse plus 500m bbloe santos would probably require in excess of $30. I'd give it a 15% chance that this stock could be a ten bagger from here w/in two years.
