The Anyware / Harris Technology Group is expected to deliver pro forma financial year 2016 revenue and EBITDA of $50 million and $2 million respectively


Say 5 times ebitda valuation for Anyware Group values it at $10m
They could issue Anyware group another 1.43B shares

Total shares on issue would be over 2.1B with Anywhere Group owning 1.57B shares or around 75% of the new company.
