I reckon its just one buyer commissioned by HT, mostly accumulated around 0.3-0.5c, they probably find now hard to re-distribute the chips as no one is interested in online tech store anymore ...
based on the announcement briefing, HT will bring in some $2mil profit, which will be offset by SHP's current loss, so at 0.9c ... its a bit dear ... but at 0.5c, certainly a bargain!!!
