They need only indicate that they see a long term dividend rate of 3cps - which is quite achievable given their profitability and cash flows.
At today's price, that represents a div rate of 17%
Then you get a few recommendations for income portfolios, buy a few to get your returns up, but just a few because of the greater risks involved than, say, woolies.
Nevertheless, these recommendations will persist even when the div rate goes down to 10%,
that is, it will still be a buy for the 3c div when the SP is 30c
