Doesn't matter. Could be profit taking since it traded at 10 c at some point this year. Or worse could be bad news is forthcoming.
I know the second lawsuit came in few months after the settlement of the first.
All in all they have paid close to 100+ mil solid cash in ASIC fine, settlement and lawyer fee for the past 7.
This thing has been good for executives, lawyers and claimant but not shareholder.
No one will believe the news "planning to pay dividend" until the dividend hit the bank account and that has happened for couple of years at least and profit has been steady and growing.
Investors including me needs to ask the hard question of "is this the only investment in the whole universe"?
