SMR seems to work their way around the general funding issues other junior coal companies face with their excellent Japanese network. It seems as if there is a renewed interest over the past week in quality explorers with cash (or partners) to execute short to medium term plans. Is this an indication of a turnaround for certain coal stocks ? If we can just get through this "tax season sale" we might see a nice uptick in July. DYOR
