No, not turn around yet. I think this announcement will get short term punters flying. I'm only guessing here, but I guess we'll see 0.32 - 0.35 tops. Then float back down to sub 0.30 over next week or so. Assuming no new announcements come out, especially ones regarding nuclear reactor restarts.
