Any new changes to the drc mining code will affect new entrants more than established operations. That's what they're concerned about, it will stop new mines being opened and lead to reduction in economic wellbeing within drc.
We're already making changes to be in line with the new code such as the 5% interest to the govt.
I'm sure the company is all over it and having a good say in the consultation.
