@Wazza: You could take it that an 'against' vote is just spite - essentially voting against Jordaan walking away with $2.2 million from a situation that he caused in the view of many shareholders.

But that's missing the larger point. My sense is that most of us SGI shareholders, at least who did not sign the Feb 23 gag agreement, feel that 1) Plutonic can make money at A$3000 gold given competent management, and 2) there's substantial evidence that CYL is not that.
