    Turning back boats when safe to do so was only one part of their policy.

    Anybody with a modicum of intelligence knows that it consisted of a six part plan - even Jaymes Diaz (well he does now)

    It's petty to expect the difficult problem to be resolved in less than a month - whatever one's political beliefs.
