Back down and hitch your wagon to the money trail.
Drop the huge loss making money destruction trail. ( you have fallen in love with this business, a big mistake)
You may be able to use your stake in 1page to leverage into the new private equity company.
The runs are on the board with Merchants and MW.
It could be your way to leverage yourself out of this black hole.

Drop the business, co operate, accept the failings of the 1pg and try to negotiate your way on board a new and vibrant cashed up acquisition enterprise, that will probably do very well for all involved.
