A stock like this isn't for quick cash, and in the medium to long term should trade nearish NTA, maybe a slight premium if it is well managed.
So ... with current prices being only ±10% below NTA don't expect anything fast. If they invest their cash and funding availability well maybe modest upside over 2 years. I don't see it happening while they're not fully invested.
Just my thoughts.
