i'm sure you'll be fully loaded way before it hits .20, no need to push or downramp, everyone can get a share at around .25 .... will not take much to push it back to old highs, and no reason why it won't be there sooner rather than later. the fundamentals of mvh remain sound and its merely traders and recent buyers sitting on profits who are exiting. low volume selldown. also note the sales in the oppies, next to none over the past few weeks and have remained strong at .165. buyers lining up at .13 have not even had a sniff. they'll miss the boat again, just like they did when they were hoping to graft out oppies at .04 instead of paying up at .05. lol .....
