    I may have the date wrong with the announcement, i do apoligise for that. Winteminute you were stating only a week ago that you thought the results would be poor. The much awaited takeover, this has been going on for almost 5 MONTHS, and they are no closer to signing the deal. Cmon, if this t/o fails we are back under $2.00. Just my opinion.
