Almost 400m in debt is it possible for RFG to turn around ?
One only needs to look at today's top ASX200 mover, Lynas 6.5% ( 2nd biggest mover the day before 4%).. In the year 2000 they nearly went belly up, took a loan of 400m (200m JARE from Japanese, 200m bonds from MtK insto manager) and rebuilt their business around rare earths.
Not gonna lie, I'm making a killing with Lynas right now …
BUT I'm looking at RFG and reading its financials they've done their job of taking a big hit in one go.. Looking quarter to quarter, will they be profitable and by how much ?? assuming auditors did their job then they're still a big profitable company...
Question is will the share price respond if they show big profits next quarter?
