    I believe most shareholders would fancy a substantial announcement re contracts or sales as more beneficial to their investment as opposed to short term fluctuations .

    A few weeks is the key as you suggest as the entitlements issue will be complete by then and we will see if the buyers are still interested.

    Without a prize, beware the rise!
