YRR value to GPN. Would the following calcs be fair enough:
At 50c YRR marketcap (60mill shares) is $30mill.
70% owned by GPN equals approx $21mill
$21mill / 776mill shares = 2.7c per share
OR including options
$21mill / 1466mill shares = 1.4c per share.
Would need to apply a discount as secondary ownership in another company usually attracts a discount, lets say 10%
so YRR is worth somewhere between 2.43c and 1.26c
Since oppies are in the money and really not too far away from expiry I would be hesitant not to include dilutionary effect into calculation, maybe somewhere in between, so maybe 1.8c per share value of YRR at $30mill marketcap.
Have I missed anything, appreciate responses.
