I certainly found the BDO Kendalls report interesting.

Elph is certainly getting a good discount..a few cents higher wouldnt have hurt.

"The average discount to share price of shares issued during 2009 is approximately 17%. This compares to the current discount to Cootes share price of approximately 71% being offered to Elph."

and Michael and Elph may own 50%+ of the company!
