re: stepping up to the plate... For me it would have to break $1.21 over a 4-6 week period before I bought in.
The biggest danger is another dead cat bounce, so potential investors will watch closely for a confirming buy signal.
If it did hit around the $1.20 mark I would expect it to shoot past $1.40 before sliding back into a steady trend.
Still too early to call, but it did look oversold on the trendline, which is why it attracted some attention.
