Whilst I do not necessarily agree with your interpretations, which I assume to be an attempt at sarcastic humour, you have actually done a good job of picking up on the main points of the commentary.

I will not deny that Intermoco's vulnerability to intermittant customer receipts and variance in the schedules of its embedded network partners has left it wanting in terms of liquity and working capital.

However, if you will permit me also engage in interpretation.

They state that, 'management has focused during the quarter on the best prospects available'

Whether you interpret 'available' to mean few or many, and please correct me if I am wrong, but it would seem that they currently have an ability to pick and chose, so to speak.

If this is correct, then this is very promising.
