Listened in on the results teleconference, was quite positive. Big thing for me was like for like was still trending positively into the new year. Just remember there is under 30 million shares issued, you see today what a positive sentiment can do. Annualised PE based on today's result and share price is still under 8, any further improvement in results will be reflected exponentially in the share price. Of further comfort is NTA, $4.85 per share.
Was well oversold.
