Thats the whole point, it is within the 25ktpa guidence that they gave out for 2016.
Expansion would add 30% to the initial guidance and we are sitting at 32.5ktpa.
TBH i think they underestimated the potential of the expantion im thinking that they can easily achieve above 32.5k (maybe not in 2017, but 2018 easily) once they get everything in order.
