The biofuel market seems to be more dependent on market sentiment at the moment than actual results ...
A good example is ARW ... the shares in this company went up to over $2 a year after the float, and of course before they were due to actual produce anything.
Six months later they were trading at under 50 cents. In the last couple of days of trading they have jumped back up to 60 cents, which is good news of course for people holding these shares, but they still need to prove they can perform financially.
Sterling biofuels have fallen from $1 to below 60 cents following the float, and I can see no annoucements that would explain the fall. The only possible explanation is market sentiment has driven the market down.
I have jumped on board today as all the indications seem to be positive for this company.
Hopefully the market will turn around for all the Biofuel companies ... provided of course ... they are run and managed properly
