If we look at policy and what the Nat's argue internally they are more socialist than really any other faction within the Liberal party.
Just because they're socially conservative doesn't mean that they're the second coming of Reagan (Still angry at the Graincorp block).
Turnbull will simply hook himself on to the moderate faction. Of course the vast majority of their policy will continue to go ahead. Don't fall for the left's rhetoric that Turnbull is the second coming on Gandi . Ignoring the Carbon Tax Turnbull's fiscal platform is not friendly to the left.
But neither side wants to admit that yet.
