The conservatives are demanding the NBN business plan and the government is refusing to produce one. Today's Business Spectator has an article in which business people are surveyed about NBN and they largely vote it down as a white elephant.
So Gillard is definitely failing to make the case, and this is going to bog down in politics for some time.
